Illinois Medical Cannabis Pilot Program Has New Emergency Rules

What will be at stake for the hemp and cannabis industry in Illinois? Suddenly there are new "Emergency Amendments" that further restrict small business operations, and ominously it appears that a certain urban population in densely residential-zoned districts won't be allowed to participate.

You'll have to see for yourself which group of people are singled out for exclusion from what could be a form of economic salvation for the state of Illinois:

The behavior seems to follow a specific pattern:
  • Genuine fear of cannabis from the false propaganda alone.
  • Fear of hemp because one is invested heavily in competing industries.
  • Attempts to suppress the progress of hemp decriminalization in order to gain monopolistic control over the industry.
Lawmakers are privy to information that will benefit them personally in the future. Some feel they must deny the rest of the market, the freedom to participate in the business. Corporate lobbyists are right now urging them to clamp down on everyone being able to grow their own, or start small business in the cannabis industry. They must be stopped.
